Poppy Seed Bread

1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 1/8 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
1 1/2 tsp butter
3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp poppy seeds

Grease and lightly flour two 9x5 inch loaf pans. Preheat over to 350. Mix all ingredients together, then beat for 2 minutes. Pour into pans and bake for 1 hour.

Optional Glaze:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp butter

Mix glaze ingredients together in small bowl and pour over hot bread in pans. Let cool before removing from pans.
